ANANTNAG, AUGUST 20: In a significant move ahead of the 2024 Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) convened an important meeting in Anantnag today.
The meeting was graced by Ashok Koul, BJP General Secretary (Org), as the chief guest, and saw the participation of key party leaders including Rafiq Wani, Altaf Thakur, Mudasir Wani, Adv. Sajid Yousuf Shah, Er. Sahil Bashir, and Adv. Salman.
The event brought together the South Kashmir District Presidents from Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian, and Pulwama, along with their respective district teams. The primary focus of the meeting was to strategize and reinforce the party’s structure in anticipation of the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Addressing the gathering, Ashok Koul emphasized the urgency of strengthening the party at the grassroots level. He urged all party workers to actively engage in their respective constituencies and areas to ensure that the BJP’s presence and influence are maximized.
